Pictures are taken of before and after for safety precautions & are only shared for my portfolio with homeowners permission♡ Deep Cleaning service is a full, top-to-bottom reset for homes that need extra attention. It targets buildup, neglected spaces, and hard-to-reach areas that aren’t part of regular maintenance cleans. This service is ideal for move-ins, move-outs, seasonal resets, or first-time cleanings before starting a maintenance plan. What’s Included: KITCHEN • Inside and behind all appliances (oven, microwave, etc.) • Inside all cupboards, drawers, and pantries • Scrub and degrease backsplash, range hood, and stove grates • Remove buildup from cabinet hardware and baseboards • Sanitize garbage bins and surrounding areas • Wipe walls, doors, and trim in the kitchen area BATHROOMS • Deep scrub and detail clean of all grout, tile, and corners • Remove soap scum, mildew, and hard water buildup from glass and fixtures • Clean behind and around toilets, under sinks, and inside drawers/cabinets • Wash and sanitize walls, baseboards, vents, and light fixtures • Polish glass, chrome, and mirrors for a spotless shine BEDROOMS & COMMON AREAS • Wipe down doors, door frames, trim, and baseboards throughout • Dust and clean ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures • Clean interior windows, tracks, and sills • Move and clean under furniture (where safe and accessible) • Spot wash walls, doors, and light switches • Vacuum upholstery, edges, corners, and under cushions • Polish furniture surfaces and décor WHOLE HOME DETAILS • Hand mop all hard floors, including corners and edges • Disinfect high-touch points throughout the entire home • Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and vents • Detail clean entryways, laundry areas, and hallways • Deodorize and refresh the space
Cancellation Policy
Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Consultations are free and required for all first-time cleaning services. Payment is due after consultation to secure and insure your preferred time of service. Payment: Payment is required to confirm booking and must be completed after consultation. I accept cash, card, or digital payments. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your appointment are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise under the company’s discretion. After a second last-minute (within 24 hours) cancellation, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Access: Client must ensure entry at the scheduled time. If access isn’t available within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Satisfaction Guarantee: If something was missed, please reach out within 24 hours — I’ll gladly return to make it right. Health & Safety: A $35 fee will be added for any home requiring additional precautions, protective equipment, or sanitation due to unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
