Cancellation Policy
Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Consultations are free and required for all first-time cleaning services. Payment is due after consultation to secure and insure your preferred time of service. Payment: Payment is required to confirm booking and must be completed after consultation. I accept cash, card, or digital payments. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your appointment are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise under the company’s discretion. After a second last-minute (within 24 hours) cancellation, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Access: Client must ensure entry at the scheduled time. If access isn’t available within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Satisfaction Guarantee: If something was missed, please reach out within 24 hours — I’ll gladly return to make it right. Health & Safety: A $35 fee will be added for any home requiring additional precautions, protective equipment, or sanitation due to unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
